oh man, i've been really lagging in my entry-posting!
JC life is seriously draining all my time out.

firstly, we have such a sucky timetable. it was so shockingly sucky that a guy from my class actually crushed it up, dumped it on the ground and stomped on it like its some damn cockroach. hah! can you imagine having blocks and blocks of long hour breaks and then only being dismissed in the evening? Like wth am i going to do for 5 whole empty hours on tuesdays?!? crap planning.

so after an entire sian day in school, i only get to come home at 6+ (which is dinner time) to rush out econs essays and math tutorials. and this will last for the next 3 terms till the end of the year. ARRGH.

But im glad to say that 07S18 ia quite an enjoyable class to be in (: at least we have the more enthu retainees to liven up the boring lessons (and to copy reliable homework from), and the girls are all nice people! plus hoo jing wen & caroline are forever making me laugh.

I SKIPPED LIFE CONCERT YESTERDAY- cause jess had sports day till 6 which happen to be the time which we have to be seated by. but its alrite, a buffet at sakura was a good replacement for that (: spent our hours gorging on food & lovely cheesecakes till 10plus instead. then took 36 straight down to the airport to pick daddy's flight from seoul at 11.15pm. thanks jess for accompanying me there!

it was so nice of dad to buy back 6 DUNKIN DONUTS for me! haha donuts can just be so smile-incurring i tell you.

and i had 2 of these lovely things for breakfast early this morning; the white boston & chocolate frosted. just heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds and you get soft warm donuts with melted gooey glazing, yum!

daddy meticulously cutting up his peanut crockant.

Dunkin's donuts, although slightly to the denser side, still manages a fluffy texture throughout. But they are still a tad less supreme than Krispy Kreme's, and dad thinks Donut Factory is comparatively better. I like their fanciful variety cause the fillings are always full of surprises- sis' greentea donut actually had blueberry jam filling on one side and strawberry puree on the other.

25th March Sunday
-buffet AGAIN.

Yes, another gorging session. Claimed dad's complimentary buffet dinner for 2 at The Olive Tree. the variety this time is like MUCH lesser than the previous time we came, pretty disappointing actually. its not actually worth it to pay the amount for such fare if we didn't have the members discount.

Fortunately, the dessert section managed to save the meal a little.

I probably ate the most among them (as usual).. There already wasn't much variety at the cooked food section and to make things worse, many dishes were beef ):

THOSE LOBSTERS were super shiok, but they didnt replenish them after the first round was cleared.

Sis & I both agreed that we liked the pasta station most. Superb cream sauce plus you get to choose your own preferred ingredients.

ooh, and i made sure i ate my fill for the desserts.

made-to-order crepes with your choice of fruit illings and toppings. not bad.

yumyum. i simply love the plain cheesecake & brownie cheese! the warm chocolate cake was freshly steamed and came in a cute dainty cup but didn't really impress.

all full & half satisfied.

24th March Saturday
-movie with parents

had breakfast at geylang's yonghe after picking dad up from the airport at 6am. its my childhood breakfast spot and i love their taiwanese porkfloss shaobing.

ordered soybeancurd, soymilk and of course.. the shaobing!
long since we ate here together as a family so i felt its time well-spent (:

lunch was at Miharu Sapporo Ramen (highly rated ramen store) at the Gallery Hotel.

My Tokusen Miso Ramen..

okay it wow-ed me to no end. Springy al dente ramen in a robust tasty soup- its impressive and lipsmackingly good! most of their customers are like japanese expats and so it certifies their authenticity.

mum was complaining that she hasn't caught a movies for ages and so i suggested watching Mr Bean's Holiday. haha then we got so on about it that we immediately booked our tickets through tel booking.

the movie was quite good actually- the first ever mr bean story that follows a plot! haha and there were many hilarious parts where mum & dad cant stop laughing at. should see how mr bean eats raw seafood, LOL.

had some problems while deciding where to have dinner but we eventually ended up at Pizza Walker. three of us shared a tom yum seafood pizza;

I didn't like it very much. tomyum+pizza+seafood=no no. apart from the weird combination, their mediocre pizza crust was also another reason.

22nd March Thursday
-danielaine 18th month

we've reached another milestone! Celebrated with our second fine-dining at My Secret Garden. the place had a pretty good ambience and was rather empty cause we went quite early.

dear's pasta came with 2 HUGE fresh scallops but 1-and-a-half were consumed by me =p heh. oh and the excellent blueberry cheesecake, loaded with plenty of blueberry sauce, comes in as the 2nd best after the ultimate cheesecake cafe!

it was sure a nice dinner treat from dear that i truly treasured, and so i decided to give him an ICE MONSTER treat in return (:

mango for him & strawberry for me. a mountainful of shaved ice, condensed milk, fruits, puree & sorbet; super refreshing.

happy happy anniversary~

oh ya, recently i made a new discovery at the new Central Mall.. Marcial Kobe!

apparently there's this new japanese store selling cute little bite-sized donut & pancakes. things like these are bound to draw my attention, haha!

okay back to my rantings about jc life. somehow i don't feel quite secure with my current friends actually. everyone can get really gossipy such that i realised that backstabbing is occuring everywhere. its damn scary, even your seemingly-closest-new-friend now may just be telling tales around about you. and it simply makes me miss all my tkgians once again!

so i've decided im not going to trust anyone fully in the college cause the consequences are disastrous. AND PEOPLE HERE, PLEASE DO NOT PASS ON THE BLOG PASSWORD TO ANYONE.

my privacy needs to be respected, thankyou.
