i baked kuih bangkits yesterday;
yes, im all stocked up and ever-ready for cny baking. hahs.Wednesday 31st Jan 07-saints annual cross-country @ ecpsajc decided to change this year's venue to eastcoastpark, which means i've had ALL the cross-countrys in my entire life there. just the day before the event i was still thinking of ponning but still dragged myself out of bed. haha.it was a freakking 3.6km run for EVERYONE, unlike in tkgs where we only had to send 10 runners from each class. so obviously i felt like backing out from it, but somehow my feet just brought me there.

okay now for the run. claire ruiqi & i decided to go for a 3.6km stroll in ecp cause it appears like 3/4 of the girls were also doing that. no one gave a damn about running and so of course, we completed it without even being the last people. it was no sweat, haha!

the whole thing ended at bout 10am, and we managed to gather some og22 people for lunch. took 16 down to PS for cafe cartel (:

Baked Chicken in Mushroom Sauce with rice 
Pan-fried Seafood Pasta in olive oil
dessert: vanilla icecream in waffle basket
it cost only $9.50, with a soup, bread and a drink. super value-for-money!

we then split up; some went home, some went for pool. claire yuwei & i headed to orchard. grabbed a bite at cineleisure's Pin Le. red bean mee chang kueh for me(:
ended up watching happy birthday by Rene Liu & Louis Koo. damn, it was a sad movie and like 3 people died (including Louis Koo!). the ending was sucky as well.
had dinner at the Sun with Moon Japanese Restarant @ wheelock. yu wei's treat; apparently it was the opening of his new visa card. haha.

yupp and thats all for that day; and i certainly didnt regret ponning. YAY, 3.6km - its like a huge achievement to me ! (although i walked =p)
oh man, RESULTS are coming out SOON.
