oh man, claire & i are the QUEENS.(self-claimed la)

we ran 2.4km for PE today! so damn proud of ourselves (:
haha okay it was a spastic story. we actually ponned PE with a few other girls from 07S25 but decided to jog around the track for fun. after one round, we saw our class having PE and they told us that they only had to run 2 rounds. so we happily joined them.

took attendance with the teacher and did a whole load of stretching. and then just 15 mins before the lesson ended, the stupid teacher told us to run another 4 rounds! ARRGH they cheated our feelings. anyways, claire and i went for it and we completed our 2.4km run together. yays we rock la. cant help but gulped on a huge cup of teh-o-bing right after the run.

the good thing is, claire & i got closer
the bad thing is, grace is dirfting apart from us to go with her cheerleading mates! thats like a super sad case lar.

anyways i survived through 3 whole lectures today. wanted to have western food for lunch but the queue was seriously damn long so i made do with fishball noodles instead.

Fishball Meekia ($2)

Its alrite for school fare la, springy fishballs but overcooked noodles.

Claire had this super pathetic mee goreng for the same price. its seriously like 5 mouthfuls?! The only not-so-pathetic thing about it is the prawn.

after chem lecture we rotted in the cafeteria while the rest of the og went to cityhall for coffee. eric & timo joined us to crap for awhile before their next lecture. revised sickening econs for our test tmr, but honestly speaking, i totally do not understand it. so dead.

met dear for dinner at Serangoon Gardens Food Centre. went there specially for the teppanyaki but it was closed ): but we still had loads of other food..

Fried Kway Teow ($2) from 302 Newton Circus FKT

supposedly famous, but he totally didnt like it. i find it okay though, suits my taste for fried kway teow but just slightly too dry.

Chicken Roti John ($3.50) from Shukor Stall

okay this is the true-blue original founder of roti john. However, it certainly didnt live to its name cause the roti john was cold, hard and not crispy at all.

Barbeque Sambal Sotong ($7) from Ah Liang BBQ Seafood

no match for chompchomp's stall. the sotong was chewy and submerged in a chilli paste too spicy for me.Not too bad, still.

Chicken Satay ($5) from Nuradi Satay

okay these satays are absolutely superb! Sweet, well marinated & grilled, the meat was tender and flavoursome. ooh, nice~

A final dessert for us; Apple Pie ($1.50)from PK xpress

err, i guess it was abit overbaked until the dough tasted more like cookie. The crumble was very fine and rough, but the apples were juicy.

ta-dah, and that was another pigging session.

not surprisingly, i pigged out yesterday as well. Nasi Lemak for lunch in school..

and then claire faris & i went to Lau Pa Sat after dismissal. i finally tried the apple cinnamon prata ($2.50) there (:

really special and i just love apple cinnamon fillings.[okay goodness i realised ive been like having this craze for prata recently]

Icecream Prata ($2.70)

met shar at heartland in the evening and ate more before gg home for dinner. aiya i'm like gorging practically every single day.
