my tour to korea has finally been booked! 8 days Korea + Jeju departing on the 12th of December (:Saturday 18th November-VivoCity + prom dress shoppingwanyee.peckhong.nana.elainedecided to go explore the largest mall in Singapore. come to think of it, it is damn suaku to say that u've not visited Vivo even though your Os are over and plus you live along the NEL. so anyways..i made sure we got the directory before starting to shop and then insisted that its lunchtime =p we ended up at the B2 KOPITIAM and all except nana had korean cuisine in support of LU JUN?Had a really enticing Spicy BBQ Squid Set, which comes with a soup.
think its quite reasonable for $6, and i loved eating from the metal bowl. mummy was saying i should get an entire set of metal utensils from korea. lol.wanyee went for the dolsot bibimbap (below) while peck had a BBQ chicken.
fine, nana just sat there and watched us eat.after 'refuelling', we started to shop. oh yas i must rave about the wonderful candy empire! it was seriously the most tempting shop you can ever find. haha the only reason why i didnt get anything was bcos i couldnt make up my mind what i should get! but, i promise, i WILL go get the polly waffle & kitkat honeycomb one day...MEET THE BK MASCOTS.

and check out how his poor arms are suffering =xthe sky garden on the upper level was interesting as well; nice environment and view where you can see the cable cars & stuffs.
and there were these areas where you can like walk on shallow waters and yes, we could not resist having some fun with the kids.haha!

yupp basically vivo has like almost all the higher end fashion stores, mango topshop forever21 esprit warehouse puma zara plus many others so it serves like a one-stop shopping area.our last stop was the World Largest Floating Book Fair.. on board this cruise ship~!
Its a tri-annual event and admission is free, which explains the huge crowd despite the scorching hot sun. Most books were related to christianity, but there were some others. nothing really interested though, but we saw S Hoe and her family there. haha and nana went over to talk and we made her seem so popular with her students lar.
alrites after wanyee and peck left, nana accompanied me to orchard to get my prom dress. gosh, danielyam is so frickingly packed with people! i swear i queued for at least 45mins to try my dress. but i finally got it in the end (: now im left with my heels & bag... arrgh.going down to shilin's place soon, update again!elaine.
