whoa recently there were quite a number of birthdays within the family (: theres like too much to blog about, so i shall go just into the special occasions.3rd September 2006;-mummy's birthdaydecided to give coca steamboat a miss when we walked pass this crystal jade ginseng chicken BBQ korean restaurant. 
haha. the wait was atrociously terrible cos there were like inconsiderate pple chatting inside although there is a long queue outside it >>>
can imagine how tempted i was to send this to STOMP =pfinally had our dinner after a 90 min long wait~!! the food was worth the price but the service was poor. (we had this waitress from china CHEWING GUM while taking our orders.wth.)
standard cold appetizersthe only two dishes worth mentioning; 
dolsot bibimbap $16- the chicken slices were tender & tasty while the rice at the base was nicely burnt to small slabs of crispy golden brown. (:
Spicy seafood kimchi soup- super spicy but had really generous servings or seafood
23rd September 2006-(cousin) melvin's sweet 16thbasically he booked a chalet at downtown east and we had barbeque.haha the funny thing was that i met jess at downtown east after her church and so she actually joined us for this whole gathering (:with the birthday boy; (weird with flash n resizing)
29th September 2006;-diane's 22nd birthdayDinner was jap buffet at the ever-so-popular ikoi@ mirama hotel.shall just show some of the food;
BUT i felt that the food was just so-so, except for the sashimi. haha! and so, this restaurant was totally overrated. and the bill accounted to like $140plus for just 4 pple. so damn ex!sis, me & the yummy PassionFruit Meringue from our favourite; The Patissier

grilled salmon teriyaki.grilled dory.half-rack bbq ribs.the best mushroom soup with ritz, and the best vanilla softserve! haha im serious, u should try this cos it has the more american softserve taste, totally different from the ones you can at macs or KFC.okay, must really say a big thankyou to all who have msged me to wish me (: and esp dear, for the best present i have ever received! 22nd September 2006;-danielaine 1 year anniversaryunfortunately for us, i was vegetarian on that so we couldnt enjoy a sumptuous meal. LOL. but still, we had a simple but yummy lunch at sakae . watched John Tucker Must Die @ The Cathay (: Thanks dear for everything!alrites shall end here and will blog again soon. oh yes, and i will be creating a foodblog after the Os. lol.
