whoa not bad, im like blogging two times today. the last time i did that was like 2 yrs ago in my zaxcraze blog? perhaps for some pple, they do it when they're really bored, but its definitely NOT for my case.

i simply just dont enjoy the feeling of accumulating pics and uploading them all at one go (uh,yes,which is what i have been doing).but ive thought through it, it time for me to really clear stuffs instead of pushing them to the next day. this applies to work as well; im now in progress of planning out my study schedule and i shall try hard to keep up with it. hopefully =x

dinner today @ Ding tai feng, paragon

this was a planned trip there as i have been craving for one of those tasty steamed xiaolongbaos.

not forgetting their pork & shrimp dumpling;

i know it may sound really weird, but i guess juicy is the word to describe it. each juicylicious bite will make you ask for more.

this is just plain dry la-mian cos i was really hungry and needed something more filling.

okay this, i have to say, is one of the most utterly unhealthy dish. the oil, the fats, i can imagine it clogging the consumer's body system. and the one consumer who loves it, is my dad.

as i was leaving the restuarant, i realised the price there was rather steep. and then i noticed a possible reason why. it should be really difficult to count all the staffs at dingtaifeng cos its seriously alot! all split up in different sections, and this can be easily proven;

a huge group of pple is needed just specially for xiaolongbaos ONLY.

another thing i wanna touch on is this bakery in the basement of shaw tower, just beside the isetan supermarket.

sun moulin.

its probably one of the classiest and most innovative bakeries ive seen in sg so far.

its actually steps out of the old-fashioned bread horizons and its bakings are damn creative! (: thats why i enjoy going there to like stare at their constant new arrivals. pricing is rather reasonable, and i can tell they use quality ingredients. btw, quality difference can easily be spotted, really!

petit doughnuts,

with chocolate filling, topped with chocolate and almond flakes

with kaya filling, topped with green tea powder
55cents each, $1.50 for 3 and $ 2.40 for 5

soft mango sponge, $2.00 each.

mango mousse.

i chose to get the petit series, a mango sponge,choco donut and a kaya donut. cost me $1.50 and i find each bit worth it (:

inner kaya filling;

they have many other variaties, with many new creations coming out from time to time. so perhaps if you happen to pass by,i recommend you to drop by to have a look cos its real tempting! but i guess after 8, some stuffs might have been sold out already but they still do replenish certain ones.

talking about classy local bakeries,i guess four leaves is not bad as well. breadtalk seems to be doing well in the creativity sector.i guess most of you do not notice, but each bakery adopts their own style. the ecomonical ones include Qbread and cake history, which is also kinda yummy. prima deli? i guess only their waffles rock =p

okay ive been kinda naggy.okay its 1 am now, and i gotta go back to my schedule planning. ohyes,
ALL THE BEST TO ALL THOSE TAKING OLEVEL CHINESE PAPER!

(: u guys will have the wishes from elaine, jiayou!
